Tammy graduated in 2012 and began her career in small animal general practice in Brisbane, Queensland. Her interest in emergency and ICU conditions led her to work in sole emergency and specialist clinics over the last seven years. She has completed several ECC post graduate courses, obtained her memberships in ECC in 2018 and is currently studying a Master’s in Veterinary medicine with Massey University.  After working with the University of Melbourne in 2020 as a clinical tutor, she discovered her interest in teaching and intern development. In 2021 she started ultrasound training with a specialist. She has a particular interest in head trauma, cardiorespiratory medicine and toxicology. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the Melbourne food and wine scene and keeping fit with trail running, beach volleyball and muay thai kick boxing.
